Temp to Perm

If client desires, it is possible to convert a temporary employee to a direct employee of your corporation after a pre-determined waiting period with no additional hiring fees or a pro-rated fee may apply in accordance with our fee schedule should you decide to hire sooner.

By hiring using this method you will have the opportunity to evaluate employee performance and productivity before you make a long-term commitment, not to mention the potential savings from making a hiring mistake.

Permanent/Direct Hire
